Important Information: Temporary Closure & Rebranding
Seaview Resort Khao Lak will be temporarily closed for a major renovation from 20 April 2026 to 20 October 2026.
This renovation is part of our commitment to enhancing comfort, facilities, and overall experiences—preparing the resort for a refreshed lifestyle concept designed for today’s active and wellness-focused travellers.
What’s Being Enhanced
Guests can look forward to a renewed resort experience, including:
Refreshed rooms and villas, with new pool access room options
An enhanced beachfront area featuring a new beachfront swimming pool
Upgrades to the main swimming pool in the Garden Wing
Refreshed restaurant outlets and dining spaces
Improved leisure facilities, including the Activity Center, gym, games area, and Kids’ Club
Landscape enhancements throughout the resort
Reopening as The Sun Club Khao Lak by Katathani
Following the renovation, the resort will reopen under a new name:
“The Sun Club Khao Lak by Katathani”
As a proud new member of the Katathani Collection, the resort will be reimagined as a lifestyle and active resort, offering a vibrant yet balanced holiday experience supported by Katathani’s trusted standards and warm hospitality.
The resort is planned to welcome guests towards the end of 2026, and we look forward to sharing this exciting new chapter with you.
